Marty: "Yes I did play on the Tom Verlaine album The Wonder. I definitely play on a track called 'Stalingrad' and there may be one or two more as well. 'Stalingrad' was a song he did when he supported us in the States so I already knew it; but what else I played on was just instrumental pieces without words. I did it in New York and, by the way, Jay Dee didn't get credited either."
