The Russian text on the cover (in the color artwork) "Сердце," pronounced "Serdtse," means "Heart."

Contains the uncut version of "Ride Into The Sunset." The first few words ("Out in the...") are cut off on "A Quick Smoke At Spot's (Archives 1986-1990)" and the 2005 EMI "Gold Afternoon Fix" remaster (bonus disc).
