• At 1:32 in *which bloody song was it ?!* there's a series of very low rumbles from the right speaker. I think it was somewhere the first half of the album. Gave me a fright when I first heard it !
• This picture of Grant in Australian Style was accompanied by the following caption:

  "A song like Running From the Body has something profound to say. When I started writing it, I'd just finished E. Annie Proulx's Postcards. But I can remember very clearly when I was doing the backing track, I started thinking about my grandmother lying in a room dead....We run from our physical frame all the time. It's about imagination. About trying not to be so earthbound."

Well, there was some discussion on this topic earlier this year, but no one seemed certain if the song on "Snow Job" was really about the author Angela Carter (1940-1992). (Yes, I searched what archives Shadow Cabinet has which meant downloading, unzipping, grepping, etc.)

Based on information at: [dead link] I submit that the song is most certainly about the author.
