This brief review appeared in the The Age, Melbourne, on July 24, 1992:

Steve Kilbey once said he didn't believe that the recorded version of a song was necessarily the final one. Now thanks to changes in musical fashion, the Church have the opportunity to explore various permutations of the one track without comitting [sic] themselves to a definitive version. The single remix of 'Feel' is a dreamy yet assured number, while the extended album mix gives full rein to the band's characteristic lush guitar work. There are five substantially different versions of the song on the CD single, including a techno dub by Junior Velasquez.
